• Cancellation by Client:

  • If the client cancels the booking 30 days or more prior to the event date, a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be issued.

  • If the client cancels the booking within 30 days of the event, no refund will be provided. However, the deposit and any payments made may be applied toward a future event, subject to availability.

• Cancellation by D'n'A Majestic Frames:

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued, or arrangements will be made to provide an equivalent service.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule their event without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance.

• Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the event may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

4. Service Satisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with the quality of the final deliverables (e.g., photos, videos, albums), we are committed to working with you to make reasonable corrections or revisions where possible.

• Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with creative decisions (e.g., artistic style, editing choices). However, we welcome constructive feedback and will strive to address concerns.

• Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
